Clients
Working with our clients we create bespoke care packages that suit each individual’s needs.
Drawing on the experience of the founder’s 14 years of living with a high level spinal cord injury, we are passionate about recruiting highly motivated, compassionate and expertly trained personal assistants to support our clients to live life to the fullest.
Care packages
Assessing each client individually we are able to create care packages that are tailored to fit into their lifestyle. We work hard to match personal assistants with clients to form solid, long-lasting working relationships. Generally our clients have a small team of personal assistants working with them on a rota system.
Continuity of care is very important to us and once a good working relationship has been established we would expect a PA to work with a client regularly for at least six months.
The cost of our service will depend on an individual’s needs and other factors including travel costs. Once we have had the opportunity to perform an assessment with the client and discuss the care plan we will be able to create a quote.
Our care packages are normally funded by local authorities or through health care funding and we are willing to take on privately funded clients. Please feel free to tap in to the expertise of the management team to explore which option may be best for you.

Our personal assistance can all drive and are over the age of 21.
They will be able to assist you with personal care, including bladder and bowel management.
Our PA’s will support clients in daily activities including preparing meals, shopping, and household chores.
Our personal assistants are all:
- Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) and reference checked
- Employed by us so that we manage their tax and national insurance contributions
- Fully insured to work with our clients
- Train to work specifically with people living with a spinal cord injury
PA training
Our personal assistants have completed an initial training course, equipping them with all of the ‘Skills for Care’. On a yearly basis PAs have refresher courses to update their skill sets and aid them in developing their knowledge further.
We encourage our staff to continually enhance their abilities and provide them with the opportunity to study for a Diploma in Health and Social Care (New NVQ).
Our personal assistants have regular reviews with their line managers to assess their development goals, in order that they can better assist our clients.
Whilst PA’s are working with clients they will have access, including out of office hours, to our experienced care management staff and numbers to call in case of emergencies.
